New York research trip
We just got back from an incredible visit to New York City! We’ve been visiting NYC for the past few summers. It’s a great way for us to recharge our creative batteries, find inspiration, and reconnect with dear friends. We always return with loads of new ideas and big dreams.
This year we went to the Met, the Met Cloisters, and did lots of gallery hopping.

How to Keep Creating: The Second Edition!
As you may know, we sold out of our print book earlier this year. Luckily, Saturn Hex is printing the second edition as we speak. They are fabulous people and we can’t recommend them enough!

Friends of Practice Practice:
Last month, our long-time friends and Practice Practice Podcast alumni AK/OK exhibited their project “A People’s Museum” at Positive Space in Tulsa. This beautiful artwork is a participatory archive of hand-drawn portraits, personal memories, and everyday histories of queer people.
If you didn’t get a chance to see it, stay tuned: they are publishing a book of drawings from the exhibition soon. Congrats, friends!
Until next month, happy Pride! Keep practicing!
