How to Keep Creating: the class!

As part of our residency, we are offering our award-winning workbook as an 8-week class starting this October at Studio School!
|
How to Keep Creating isn't just for visual artists. If you're a chef, a musician, a dancer, or a writer, we made this class for you too!

This class is for you if you're a chronic procrastinator.

|
This class is for you if you work full time and feel too tired to work on your project.
|
|
This class is for you if you want to write a book and you're a parent too.
|
|
This class is for you if you sometimes feel insecure about your creativity.
|
|
This class is for creative people who have great ideas, but also feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start.

Their approach really inspires me, encouraging me to rethink my own relationship to creativity. Being creative can look like so many activities, not just making art! And being creative doesn’t need to be something that drains you and exhausts you, or takes up all your time so you can’t function as a normal human. I think this is honestly a revolutionary attitude in the art world.

Creative Drawing: Remember when drawing was fun? Learn to draw without all the perfectionist pressure. You haven't had this much fun drawing since you were a kid!

Thursday nights, 6 - 9pm.

Advanced Creative Drawing: Drawing class...but make it a cool social club where you learn new tricks, and meet new people, and make cool art.
